TikoMed’s Medical Director was invited to participate in the NEALS (Northeast ALS Consortium) Clinical Trials Workshop: ALS Clinical Trials of the Future.
The meeting focused on ALS clinical trials and designing them for success. It included presentations and panel discussions on topics such as innovative digital assessments, ALS biomarkers, genetics, patient-reported outcome measures, and engaging the ALS community. The afternoon session was centered on the HEALEY ALS Platform Trial and included panels on adaptive trial design, biomarkers, and statistics, as well as operational efficiencies and industry experience.
The meeting provided an opportunity for experts to share their knowledge and experiences in ALS clinical trials and foster collaboration among researchers and industry professionals.
